Our administrative team has been in touch with our insurance panels regularly to stay ahead of any changes regarding telehealth & insurance reimbursements. It is a possibility that insurance plans will decide to reduce the reimbursement rates for telehealth sessions, or limit the number of sessions allotted per calendar year. We will do our best to communicate this information with you. We ask that you also begin to follow up with your insured providers (Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna or Aetna) to verify your own eligibility and benefits relating to behavioral health, virtual appointments, and financial reimbursement. We cannot guarantee when these changes might take effect, so please monitor your coverage and insurance benefits. Virtual sessions with Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness will continue to be an option for self paying clients.
