At Three Oaks, quality care is of the utmost importance. In order to uphold this desire, our clinical team participates in extensive training throughout the year in topics ranging from ethics and standard continuing education, to the most advanced and specialized trauma trainings. Our clinical team also spends several hours each month in team meetings, supervision and clinical consultations- beyond licensure requirements- that are designed to provide peer support & guidance, thus translating to continued high-quality care for Three Oaks’ clients.
Our commitment and dedication to our clients & our clinical practice is steadfast. The administrative team at Three Oaks is dually focused on client experience and quality of life for our clinical team. The administrative team works to make sure clients enjoy a smooth and efficient process starting from the very first outreach or contact, all the way through the end of their therapeutic treatment. The administrative team supports the Three Oaks clinical team, making sure they are able to provide excellent clinical care by being connected to the resources they need & by being compensated based on the skill level and quality demonstrated in their clinical work.
In an effort to continue this model of resourcing and appreciation for our clinical team’s efforts & advanced skill sets, Three Oaks will be raising our self-pay rates as of January 1st, 2022 to $135 for a 55 minute session and $165 for an assessment (initial session).
