Molly Schweers, LCMHC, LCAS

Site Supervisor of Raleigh

My name is Molly Schweers (she/her) & I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (13718), Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (22037), Site Supervisor and an Outpatient Psychotherapist at Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness in Raleigh. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Colorado at Boulder and my Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling and Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

YOU are enough. You deserve to take up space and make yourself a priority. By stepping foot into my office, you are already taking the first step to making yourself a priority. Together we will figure out what's getting in the way of you living the life you want, look at different skills that can help regulate emotions for your system, and explore the root of some of the emotions & behaviors that may keep you feeling trapped.

I am passionate about working with adults with codependent patterns in relationships, dual diagnosis or co-occurring disorders (substance use and mental health combined), substance use disorders, psychosis, and bipolar disorder. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches in my therapeutic process including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also maintain a person-centered approach, allowing you to lead the process, wherever you want it to go, while honoring what you want out of this journey.

I look forward to our work together!
