She draws from a variety of treatment modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Relational-cultural therapy and Interpersonal Neurobiology.

Christine’s clinical areas of focus are relationship issues, family conflict, life transitions, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, women’s health, intimate partner violence, and LGBTQIA+ issues with adults 18+ and older adults from all cultural, racial and religious backgrounds.

In her spare time she likes to run, meditate, read, listen to podcasts, go to the mountains and grow her own food.
