Leah’s work is informed by attachment theory and integrates a variety of evidence-based models including: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness Practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).  Leah views psychotherapy as an art and a collaboration between the client and the therapist.
