Natalie is an Outpatient Psychotherapist at Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness. She received her Masters of Counselor Education from East Carolina University, Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and a Minor in Theater from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Natalie is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (10341) in the state of North Carolina. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming and is passionate about working with adolescents and adults. Identifying the root cause of dissatisfaction and learning skills to manage life more effectively are her main focuses.
Natalie operates from an approachable person-centered orientation, bringing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness skills tailored to each client’s unique needs. She believes that finding balance is key to improvement and uses a strengths-based focus to help address each client’s needs. Natalie works with self-esteem, body image, eating disorders, parenthood, relationship issues, depression, and anxiety. Her goal is to allow each client the space needed to get the most out of therapy, and their lives.
Natalie lives in Durham, NC with her husband, amazing daughter, and their two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing video games, baking cupcakes, and finding creative outlets.
