Adrienne Nagaraj (she/they), LCMHC
Outpatient Psychotherapist in Downtown Raleigh
Works with ages 18+
Hello! My name is Adrienne (they/she). I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who offers therapy in Downtown Raleigh and via Telehealth. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from San Francisco State University.
I am passionate about working with clients navigating trauma, chronic pain and chronic illness, sexuality and gender identity, family relationships, stress, and anxiety.
My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship built on safety, curiosity, empowerment – and sometimes, humor. My therapeutic approach is person centered and trauma informed incorporating aspects of Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness.
I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and enthusiastically welcome clients of all races, cultures, and identities. This is a safe space to explore and celebrate intersectionality.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, listening to music, and exploring parks with my dog Jax.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey!
