Therapeutic Writing Group

Do you have stories you like to tell but struggle to get started? Do you reflexively self-edit or tell yourself you aren’t good enough when writing? Does writing feel lonely, and would you like to receive feedback on your ideas? With gentle guidance and encouragement, this group will help you get your thoughts flowing onto the page, allowing you to build self-awareness through the lens of narrative therapy. You'll be invited to reflect on both the writing process and the themes that arise for you and others in the group.

We’re delighted to offer these sessions seasonally and completely free of charge as a supportive and therapeutic space to explore your journalistic voice, connect with others within the group, and grow your own narrative through writing. Whether you’ve just begun your writing journey or are returning to it, we warmly welcome you to join our group.

Start Date: Summer Session Start Date: August 18 (tentative)
