Outpatient Psychotherapist

My name is Cassandra Charalambakis (she/her), and I am an Outpatient Psychotherapist at Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC #17624) and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (#597028). I earned my undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Kentucky and hold a Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

I bring a thoughtful, grounded approach to therapy, creating a space that is both supportive and genuine. I view each client as the expert of their own life and see my role as a collaborative partner—helping you deepen insight, challenge unhelpful patterns, and move toward meaningful change. Building a strong therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, respect, and openness is central to my work.

My clinical approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Feminist Theory. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship challenges, family dynamics, and major life transitions. I also have a strong interest in women’s mental health and wellness.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my golden retriever, Buddy, reading mystery novels (especially Agatha Christie), antiquing (I’m a proud Francophile), and enjoying Greek food.

I look forward to working alongside you.
