Catherine is the People Operations Coordinator at Three Oaks, where she plays a vital role in supporting our clients. She manages payment plans, assists clients in exploring alternative therapy options when finances pose a challenge, resolves payment issues, and acts as a bridge between clients, the People team, and Billing.

She is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Pre-Professional Studies at UNC Charlotte. Before joining Three Oaks, Catherine successfully owned and operated her own esthetics business, driven by her deep passion for helping people feel their best, inside and out.

Outside of work, Catherine loves spending time with her husband and their two rescue dogs. She enjoys traveling, arts and crafts, and making memories with her two nieces. Whether she's on an adventure or unwinding at home, you’ll often find her with a creative project in hand and Taylor Swift playing in the background.
