Changes to Evaluation Payment Options

Dear Valued Clients, 

At Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness, our priority is to provide you with the highest quality care, tailored to your unique needs. To uphold our commitment to providing the highest quality care, we are making important changes regarding how we handle payments for our comprehensive psychological evaluations. 

Starting April 1st, 2025, we will transition to a private pay model for evaluations and will no longer process insurance claims. This decision was made to enhance the quality and personalization of our services. 

Why This Change? 

● Enhanced Personalization and Quality: By removing insurance constraints, we can spend more time on each evaluation, allowing us to focus deeply on your individual concerns. This means more personalized assessments, leading to more accurate diagnoses and individualized treatment recommendations. 

● Greater Flexibility in Services: Insurance often restricts which services or types of evaluations are covered, limiting our ability to fully address your needs. With private pay, we can customize evaluations to your individual needs, ensuring comprehensive care specific to you. 

● Comprehensive and Unrestricted Evaluations: Insurance often limits the number of sessions covered, hindering in-depth assessments. With private pay, we can offer the number of sessions necessary to address your concerns and answer your questions fully, ensuring comprehensive care without compromise. 

Support moving forward: 

● Superbill Assistance: A superbill is a detailed receipt we give you after your visit. You can submit it to your insurance company to request reimbursement, depending on your plan. It's a way to help you get some money back for the care you received. We're here to guide you through the process. ● Flexible Payment Options: Payment plans will be available if needed. 

● Alternative Providers: If you prefer to continue with insurance, we can provide a list of local providers who accept insurance.
