Chief of People

Dakota (she/her) serves as head of Human Resources & Administration at Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness. As Chief of People, Dakota’s role encompasses just that: caring for our PEOPLE. Here at Three Oaks, we honor each team member as a human being first, employee second.

From an interested applicant's first “hello,” through an employee's final day & even beyond, Dakota plays a central role in shaping the full lifecycle of the Three Oaks team member experience. She oversees key workflows including: orientation & onboarding, licensure updates, promotions & transitions, and offboarding & alumni engagement. While she functions as an administrative support for our clinical staff, Dakota also serves as the primary liaison for employee benefits & ensures clear, compassionate communication across departments.

Dakota upholds and encourages the development & sustaining of Three Oaks' company culture, rooted whole-heartedly in core value. She helps sustain a work environment grounded in purpose, heart, and alignment with our mission.
