Jenny (she/her) is an Outpatient Psychotherapist at Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness in West Raleigh. She sees clients in West Raleigh and via telehealth. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University and her Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jenny is passionate about working with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, or disordered eating. She believes that healing happens within safe, trusting relationships and strives to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Through a strengths-based and collaborative approach, Jenny helps clients build insight, develop effective coping skills, and move toward their personal goals.

Jenny believes in meeting clients where they are and tailoring treatment to each individual's unique strengths and needs. She is committed to helping clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful and lasting change. Jenny primarily draws her therapeutic techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), sandtray therapy, and eco-therapy. Outside of the therapy room, Jenny enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets, exercising, crafting, gardening, backpacking, hiking, and listening to music.
