Hi! My name is Jordan Lewis and I am proud to be the Chief of Business Operations at Three Oaks Behavioral Health. I bring 15 years of experience in product development, project management, and strategy consulting. I earned a bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters  Degree in Business Administration from Duke University (Go Devils!). I am passionate about collaborative problem solving and applying business fundamentals to mission based organizations.  The business world is far less complex than advertised and I truly enjoy demystifying the vocabulary and frameworks that are the barrier to entry.  I gain my energy through building outcomes with others that we could never achieve alone.

As Chief of Business Operations, I focus on ensuring we enable Three Oaks to achieve its long-term mission of helping helpers. By ensuring efficient operations, strategic value chain tailoring, and financial management, our helpers can create more impact and improve outcomes.

My business philosophy centers around empowering team members with the right frameworks, tools, and forums to optimize their decision making on behalf of the organization. The same mechanisms that have been used to fuel the most successful companies in the world can be adapted to drive the same success in mission based organizations. 

Outside of work: Family First! I have two rambunctious (in the best way) boys who keep me on my toes. My wife and I both share a love of live music, food, and travel.  Playing soccer has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember and I intend to keep it that way.
