With a thoughtful, client-centered approach and a strong background in communication, Molly is passionate about creating a seamless and supportive experience for every client who connects with Three Oaks. Drawing on over 10 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist, she brings a unique understanding of the therapeutic process and a deep empathy for clients navigating their care journey.

As a Client Experience Specialist, Molly helps ensure that each client's introduction to Three Oaks is smooth, welcoming, and rooted in trust. Her goal is to make every client feel seen, heard, and supported from the very first interaction.

Molly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lehigh University and her Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Virginia.

Outside of work, Molly loves spending time outdoors with her husband, their two young boys, and their big black lab, Gridley. Whether she’s running around the neighborhood after her kids, trying out a yoga or barre class, or exploring new spots with her family, she thrives on connection and community.

Molly is excited to bring her energy and dedication to the Three Oaks team and to help make every client’s experience a positive one.
