Taylor Brown (she/her)
Clinical Intern, Walden University
Hi there! I’m Taylor, and I’m thrilled to be starting my journey as a Clinical Intern at Three Oaks Behavioral Health. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than helping people find clarity, connection, and resilience through meaningful conversations—whether that’s navigating life’s tough moments, strengthening relationships, or rediscovering hope.
A little about me: I’m a Florida native who fell in love with understanding the human mind during my studies for my Bachelors of Science in Psychology at Florida State University (go Noles!). Now, as I work toward my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University, I’ve focused my training on family dynamics, couples counseling, life transitions, and trauma support—areas I’m deeply passionate about. Whether you’re part of a couple looking to strengthen your connection, a family navigating conflict, or an individual facing a major transition, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and practical support.
Before counseling, my time in clinical medicine taught me how to stay grounded in high-pressure situations and connect with people from all walks of life. Those experiences shaped my approach: I blend warmth, honesty, and a little humor (when appropriate!) to create a space where you can feel both supported and challenged. My clients often tell me my optimism is contagious—I like to think of it as a superpower that helps refill their emotional "cup" along the way.
If you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or life transitions, I’d love to walk alongside you. Let’s uncover what’s working, what isn’t, and how to move forward—one step at a time.
