Hi! I’m Togor (Toh-gor). I believe healing happens through connection with ourselves, one another, our communities, and the natural world. Our work together moves at the speed of trust, and I aim to show up in a way that builds and maintains that trust. Together, we may explore patterns that once helped you adapt but no longer feel supportive, make sense of experiences that have been difficult to name, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others. Therapy can be both purposeful and human, so I value having room for creativity, humility and some absurdist humor in our work together.  

I earned a B.S. in Biochemistry from Charleston Southern University and a Master of Social Work from Winthrop University.  My professional experience includes advocacy for survivors of sexual trauma, community mental health, crisis intervention, and land based intensive outpatient care.

I work with adolescents, adults, groups, and families, with experience providing individual therapy to folks ages 6–65. I seek to understand each person in the context of their cultural identities, relationships, lived experiences, and the broader systems shaping their life. My approach may be especially supportive for members of the African diaspora, neurodivergent people, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folks.

My clinical interests include complex trauma, chronic stress, mood disorders, grief, life transitions, and identity development. I draw on relational, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, experiential, and ecological perspectives. Depending on your needs and preferences, our work may support insight, emotion regulation, trauma processing, values exploration, or practical skill-building. We may also explore ways to strengthen meaningful relationships and your sense of belonging.
