Tunde Adeshoga (he/him), Clinical Intern
Clinical Intern in South Durham
Hello! I'm Olatunde Adeshoga, and I'm thrilled to be part of the Three Oaks team as a clinical student intern. My passion lies in individual therapy, family dynamics, relationship struggles, and empowering individuals navigating life's challenges from ages 18 to 65 years. I look forward to joining you on your path to healing.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and I am presently pursuing a master's degree in Social Work. I am committed to the continued use of the person-centered approach as I develop my skills in psychotherapy, including Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques.
Outside of my practice, my curiosity about the human experience remains strong. I love learning about the unique experiences that shape people's perspectives, including the role of various cultures in our lives.
I am passionate about understanding each individual's challenges to elicit their inherent strength as they move towards recovery and healing.
If you are seeking a supportive space to explore your journey of self-discovery and resilience, please take the first step towards healing by reaching out to me. I am here to offer guidance and support as you navigate your path forward.
