Outpatient Psychotherapist in West Raleigh

Works with ages 18-65

Hello! My name is Tori (she/her), and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, and Outpatient Psychotherapist at Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness. I see clients in West Raleigh and via Telehealth. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from East Carolina University, a Master of Science degree in Clinical Counseling and Psychology from Troy State University (now known as Troy University), and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

I focus on creating a safe space for clients to explore, share, change, and grow using a nonjudgmental, collaborative, and compassionate approach to the therapeutic process. My approach is individualized and holistic. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, and Strengths-Based Therapy in sessions to treat a variety of symptoms and clinical issues.

I aim to support and empower clients to grow their strengths, build new skills, and discover new information about themselves. I am passionate about helping clients to achieve their goals, navigate complex life situations, and create sustainable change.

I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and am passionate about working with individuals who are working to overcome addiction. I also work with young adults aged 18-65.

In my free time, I enjoy volunteering with rescue animals, spending time with friends, watching sports, reading, and spending time with my dog.
