Natasha St. Fort (she/her), MSSA, LCSWA

Outpatient Psychotherapist

Natasha is scheduling clients virtually via telehealth and in person at our North Raleigh office.

Works with ages 16-40

Natasha (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA-P013554) and an outpatient psychotherapist at Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness. She studied Social Work at Shaw University in Raleigh, NC and graduated with her Bachelors of Social Work degree. Natasha later enrolled in graduate school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH and graduated with her Masters of Science in Social Administration.

Natasha believes that it is important to vent to a “professionally trained friend” outside of your normal circle to receive the proper intervention and assistance you need in order to progress & flourish. She views therapy as a ball of yarn being untangled where the yarn signifies your thoughts. Natasha comes from a background and culture where mental health was not taken as seriously as it is in this day and age. Now that she is aware and informed, it is extremely important for Natasha to spread awareness to those who want to be informed of the various ways to manage mental health. Natasha utilizes a person-centered strengths-based approach that incorporates psychoeducation with evidence-based practice including CBT, talk therapy, narrative therapy, trauma-informed therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness approaches.

Natasha has experience working with children & families although has more recently developed a passion for maternal health. Maternal Mental Health encompasses working with clients navigating the journey of motherhood and the possibilities of postpartum depression, anxiety, stress, birth trauma, emotional attachment, and breastfeeding: all things mom.

Natasha is LGBTQIA+ affirming and works well with teens, young adults (18-24), and adults (25-40) focusing on life transitions, self-esteem building, mood disorders, trauma, day to day stressors, decision making capability, boundary setting, healthy relationships, christianity and life balance, self-awareness, whole health action management approach (mind-body connection incorporation), physical fitness, and body positivity.

Natasha wants you to feel at ease while in session with her and even be able to share a little laughter which she strongly believes is good for the soul. Outside of work, she spends most of her time exercising, laughing, spending time with her family. When not at Three Oaks, Natasha continues to help people, but with their fitness goals.

She looks forward to working with you!
