Exploring Self through Family of Origin


Our families of origin creates our internal networks for the core aspects of who we are. Once you know your why's behind your behaviors, you can heal and live more authentically. 

When: Wednesdays starting January 3rd-February 28th, 5:30-7:00pm
Price per session: $50
Where: Virtual

Not suited for clients with CPTSD, Chronic SI, major trauma, known personality disorders or childhood trauma. Clients need to be seeing another therapist to process hard emotions.

Teen Resiliency

Topics include: Emotion regulation, communication & interpersonal effectiveness, self-esteem/identity formation, building healthy boundaries, coping skills, social/emotional skill development, school issues, etc.

Dialectic Behavioral Skills Group [VIRTUAL]

An ongoing Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training on interpersonal effectiveness facilitated by Brandy Alcorn, LPA, LCAS, CCS. Skills training on distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and core mindfulness skills.

4:30-6:00pm via Zoom
