Transforming Trauma: A Men's Processing Group

-Are you in a marriage which doesn’t feel fulfilling?
-Do you feel trapped by childhood experiences?
-Do you experience success at work, but have challenges with loved ones at home?
-Do you feel alone in your healing journey?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, please consider joining Transforming Trauma.

This group is intended for men who are seeking connection and a safe space for authenticity with peers. The age range of this group has been chosen with intention: Growing up in the 1960s and 70s, it was highly reinforced for men to “be men” and ignore emotional experiences, push through discomfort, and silently cope with difficult childhood experiences. If you have come to therapy. it is probably because ignoring and suppressing emotions is no longer working. This group will incorporate discussion, psycho-education, and group processing, with the intention of supporting each other in connecting and ending stigma.

You do not have to heal alone.

8 Week Series beginning January 17th, Friday afternoons
from 1:00-2:15pm at Three Oaks Durham:
3708 Lyckan Parkway, Suite 205 Durham, NC 27707

Age range: 40 to 65
